Then this is your chance to master this yourself!
At Perfect Pastry, buttercream rosettes and buttercream flowers are made daily for all cakes and cupcakes. With good recipe and the right nozzles you can do this too.
Come to one of our workshops and learn everything about the correct spraying technique for buttercream flowers. At the end of the workshop you go home with lots of tips, the right recipes and of course the skills to make these flowers yourself.
We work with a dummy cake, but if you want your own cake you can of course. The flowers that have been made can be stored in the fridge for 7 days!

- Making buttercream that is suitable for spraying flowers
- How to color the buttercream
- Working with nozzles
- Making 5 different flowers
- Smearing the (dummy) cake
- Cover the cake drum with a fondant
